HANOVER MAY 15. 10:30 a. m. Fraud reported at a residence in the 200 block of York Street involved the unauthorized use of a credit card. Fraud reported at a residence in the 500 block of Boundary Avenue involved a telephone scam. Fraud reported at a residence in the first block of Witmer Avenue involved a check-cashing scam. Fraud reported at a residence in the 100 block of Grant Drive involved an IRS related telephone scam. A suspicious person reported in the 300 block of Frederick Street was gone before police arrived. A suspicious person reported in the first block of West Clearview Road was gone before police arrived. A disturbance reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street involved a disorderly female who was located and warned.
