Crystal Cabrea, 29, of Butte was arrested late Saturday after police say she refused to leave the Butte Civic Center, pulling a security guard’s hair and removing the guard’s glasses. David Ruckdaschel, 45, of Butte is facing two felony drug charges after police found two small bags of what appeared to be methamphetamine. Police say the bags fell out when Ruckdaschel took his pants off at the Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center during booking. He was cited early Monday for possession with intent to sell and possession of dangerous drugs. Police found Christopher Pavey, 29, of Whitehall in the alley of a residence in the 700 block of East Second Street after he allegedly walked through the front door and out the back on Sunday. Pavey told police he was invited into the home by the owner’s son. Fredrick Morley, 32, of Butte was arrested Sunday night for possession of drug paraphernalia after police retrieved spoons, syringes and empty “baggies” he tossed away and said weren’t his. Police inquired about a small black case in his back pocket, which Morley threw in a garbage can in the area of the 500 block of West Broadway Street.
