The following information is compiled from Red Bluff Police Department, Red Bluff Fire, Tehama County Sheriff’s Department, Corning Police Department, Corning Fire, Cal Fire and California Highway Patrol logs. Arrests Brook Thomas Bonner: 26, of Red Bluff was arrested Wednesday in the 800 block of Oak Street in connection with a Monday evening theft at Sub Culture. He was booked into Tehama County Jail on the charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer and burglary. Bail was $59,000. Officers attempted to stop Bonner at Elm and Jackson streets for riding his bicycle the wrong way down the street, but Bonner fled first on his bicycle and then on foot as officers pursued him. Upon his arrest, officers located a hypodermic needle and a controlled narcotic in Bonner’s possession. During the course of the officer’s investigation, it was learned Bonner had been identified as the suspect in a burglary that occurred at Sub Culture about 6:13 p. m. Monday in which more than $1,700 in merchandise was stolen from the business. Ramirez: 29, of Corning was arrested and booked into jail on felony charges of ex-felon in possession of a firearm, conspiracy to commit a crime, false imprisonment with violence, robbery, prohibited person owning or possessing a firearm, willful...
