Man Charged With Drunk Driving In Fatal NH Crash - CBS Local

CHESTER, N. H. (CBS) — A 47-year-old man has been charged with drunk driving following a fatal crash in Chester, New Hampshire on Saturday afternoon. Police were called to a three-vehicle crash at the eastern side of the Derry town line on Derry Road at Route 102 around 2:19 p. m. A black 2014 Ford Fusion was traveling east when it crossed into the westbound lane, striking a gold 2006 Kia... After being hit, the Kia Sedona then collided with a silver 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 traveling in the eastbound lane. John McMahon, 65, of Windham, New Hampshire, suffered massive trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene, police say. She suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was rushed to Parkland Hospital. The driver of the Dodge Ram, 60-year-old Kevin Lally, of Derry, New Hampshire, also suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
