That’s a bit sad since the Chrysler 300 SRT had a lot to be loved, such as its massive 6. 4L V8 good for 470hp with an eight-speed automatic, making it more or less a budget Mercedes-AMG E63 sedan. The axing of the 300 SRT is also a bit of an interesting move, but understandable since they’re hardly selling, since Chrysler is still having profound success with new models such as the Dodge Hellcat twins and Jeep’s new incoming Hellcat-powered... Chrysler 300 offers space, a luxury feel - Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

The Chrysler 300 looks great, with a big grille and chiseled lines that have been somewhat softened around the nose for 2015 along with LED taillights added. There are a variety of 300 models, but one feature, AWD, separates the big Chrysler from most other full-size cars. The bright metallic red test car was the sporty S version with AWD and a strong 3. 6-liter V6 with variable valve timing. Turning Sport mode on means heavier steering feel, longer shift points and more responsive throttle. Handling is decent, a little body lean in hard cornering and the rear-drive car pushes some in corners, but then you probably won't be driving it that hard most of the time. By the way, Chrysler has dropped the super sporty SRT8 version of the 300 this model year. The 300 being rear-drive means that adding AWD will be a big help come winter. Inside, the test car featured black leather seats with white stitching and black gloss center stack trim, plus thin gloss black trim on the dash and doors. There's also carbon fiber-look trim on the console and by the main dash gauges and a Beats stereo with its red logo on speakers in the doors. Source: www.jsonline.com

Apparently, Ford believes that the large sedan in their fleet must be luxurious hence they are going all out with the development of the next-gen Lincoln Continental. Unlike previous Continental, the upcoming model is going to be built on the CD4 platform and the sedan is powered by a newly developed 3L EcoBoost V6 engine. The special thing about the future Continental is that the car is going to run on the AWD setup that is akin to the Focus RS. Together with all the luxury tidbits that is coming with the Continental, there is no doubt that the car will be able to... Well, that won’t be a long time away from now because the Lincoln Continental is expected to be around late next year. Will Ford’s Lincoln make it or break it with the next-gen Continental. Chrysler already did a poor British car impression with the 300-series sedan, Ford does not need to follow in those footsteps although i will say this is the best looking Lincoln that has come around in awhile. The Last good looking Lincoln cars were the Town car, the Mark 8 LSC, and the last generation continental.
