Surry to offer autobody classes for hobbyists - Mount Airy News

Surry will be offering three Collision Repair and Refinishing classes for people who would like to work on refinishing a car, but do not wish to take autobody courses for college credit. Classes will start Aug. 17 and run through Dec. These classes prepare individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to repair, reconstruct and finish automobile bodies, fenders and external features. “The instructor will walk the students through proper techniques as their skill level increases. Painting and Refinishing I will run Aug. 16 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a. m. to 12:30 p. m. Non-Structural Damage II will run Aug. 17 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 10:30 p. m. They were struck from behind by Seth Shinn, 28, of Kennewick, whose 1988 Ford pickup was then hit from behind by a fourth vehicle followed by a fifth, according to the Washington State Patrol.
